Institute History
The Institute of Hemp Research was established within Yozgat Bozok University on June 15, 2020 with the President's Decision Numbered 2654.
Our institute was established with the aim of working on every subject, scope and branch from A to Z concerning hemp.
Our institute was established with the aim of eliminating the prejudices in society about hemp and making use of every aspect of the hemp plant, which contains numerous valuable qualities from its stem to its leaves, from its seeds to its oil.
Our institute is Turkey's first multidisciplinary and comprehensive institute on hemp and other fiber crops.
